Natasha's MTBC profile gives 2014 as her starting year and says she began out of "passion for bowling sport". She rose fast. By June 2015 she was on the women's team that won gold at the SEA Games in Singapore, and in 2016 she won the girls' Masters at the World Youth Championships in Lincoln, Nebraska.
A year later she was part of the senior women's team that won gold at the 2017 World Championships in Las Vegas. Her teammates were Sin Li Jane, Syaidatul Afifah, Siti Safiyah and Shalin Zulkifli. In fact, MTBC lists that team gold as her most memorable moment. At the 2017 SEA Games in Kuala Lumpur she also won team gold and trios bronze, and in 2018 she bowled on the team that took silver at the Asian Games.
World singles champion in 2023
Her first big individual title came at the 2023 World Championships in Kuwait City. Natasha Roslan won the women's singles there, and Singapore's Darren Ong took the men's title. Sin Li Jane also won singles silver at the same championships, so Malaysia filled two of the women's singles podium spots.
Before that, she and Sin had won doubles bronze at the 2022 World Games. Then, in 2024, the pair won doubles gold at the Asian Championships in Bangkok.
Making history at the 2025 IBF World Cup
On 10 January 2025 in Hong Kong, Natasha beat Germany's Birgit Noreiks 217-166, 226-169 in the World Cup final. In the semi-final she needed three games to get past Singapore's Daphne Tan. Free Malaysia Today reported that she was the first Malaysian woman to win the event. A few days later the women's team reached the final too, but lost 3-2 to the USA.
At the December 2025 SEA Games in Bangkok, she won singles silver behind Singapore's Charmaine Chang. She then helped the women's team of four (Natasha, Sin Li Jane, Nur Hazirah Ramli and Adania Redzwan) win gold.
