Bowling alleys in Negeri Sembilan: where to bowl and what it costs

5 min read

House balls waiting on a ball return at one of the bowling alleys in Negeri Sembilan

We list six bowling alleys in Negeri Sembilan, and all six showed signs of being open in October 2026. DreamBowl in Putra Nilai and The Sphere Bowl in Sendayan are confirmed by their operators. DreamBowl is the biggest, with "over 20" lanes by the operator's own count. The other four are mall alleys in Seremban and Nilai with recent Google reviews but no official website, so call before you drive. No centre in the state publishes an official price list. Nearby official cards in Bangi and Melaka run from RM7 to RM12 a game, which is a fair guide.

That's a lot of blanks, and we'd rather show them than guess. If you bowl at any of these, the counter price is the one to trust. Our bowling prices in Malaysia page shows what similar centres charge elsewhere.

What happened to Ampang Superbowl Seremban

Ampang Superbowl used to run a centre at Seremban Prima, in the Seremban Parade building. Its official page now returns an error, and the chain's current list of nine outlets doesn't include it. Lite SuperBowl JB 10 now runs at the same fifth-floor address. A 2026 Google reviewer described bowling there at its opening, with everything brand new, so another operator has taken over the space.

We also checked Terminal One and Palm Mall in Seremban and found no bowling there.

Nearby options in Selangor and Melaka

Nilai sits close to the Selangor border, so the Klang Valley's south end is within easy reach. Ampang Superbowl Bangi Gateway has 32 lanes and an official 2026 card of RM8 to RM11. U-Bowl X at Alamanda in Putrajaya is also close. For more choice, see our page on bowling alleys in Selangor.

Heading south instead? Our guide to bowling in Melaka covers the 52-lane centre at Ayer Keroh and the cheapest official rate card in the country.

Local tips

  • Phone first. Four of the six bowling alleys in Negeri Sembilan have no official website, so hours and prices come from visitors.
  • DreamBowl has a VIP section and corporate packages, so ask about them when booking a group.
  • The Sphere Bowl sits inside a country club. Check whether non-members can walk in.
  • Bring socks. Many Malaysian centres require them and charge RM3 to RM5 a pair.

We found no pro shop listed in the state. For drilling and gear, see our bowling shops directory.
