Ipoh: two main choices
Ipoh Parade is the dependable pick. It publishes its rates, takes cashless payment only and stays open until almost midnight. Members of the free Ampang Superbowl app pay about RM2 to RM3 less per game. However, student rates apply only before 5pm on weekdays, and not during school holidays.
Ipoh Bowl at Kinta City is the value option on weekdays, with four games for RM23 before 5pm. It also hosted the KINGPIN tournament in February 2026. Meanwhile, the Ole Ole Superbowl at Mydin Meru Raya has closed. Google Maps marks it permanently closed, and its newest reviews are about eight years old.
Outside Ipoh
Seri Iskandar's 32-lane centre serves students and families in Perak Tengah. Further south, Esplanade Bowl opened in Teluk Intan on 8 September 2025, and its Sitiawan branch was active in mid-2026. Also, UPSI Sports Bowl opened in Tanjung Malim in about 2024 as the first alley at a public university.
In Taiping, Winners Bowl at the Pasar Baru building on Jalan Panggung Wayang is still running. Google reviews from mid-2026 confirm it's open, and listings show it open until about 1am. However, a few reviewers complain about service. We also heard of alleys in Manjung but couldn't confirm any.
