The PWBA 2026 season was another strong one for Malaysia. Sin Li Jane won a title, finished runner-up twice and ended third in points and second in earnings. Natasha Roslan reached a major final and finished tenth on the money list. The season closed with the Tour Championship in Ohio, which ended on 18 August.

The PWBA 2026 season in numbers

These figures come from the PWBA's final 2026 statistics page. The average ranking only counts bowlers with six or more events, so Natasha does not appear there.

For comparison, New Hui Fen led the points with 97,450 and Jillian Martin topped earnings with US$96,580. One online summary gave Sin US$72,520 and first place in earnings. However, the PWBA's own table shows US$74,670 and second, so we have used that.

Sin Li Jane's year

Sin started the season by winning the Rockford Open on 2 May. It was her sixth PWBA title and her second straight win at The Cherry Bowl. After that, she reached two more title matches but lost both. Jordan Snodgrass beat her at the Barbara Chrisman Classic. Then Jillian Martin edged her in a roll-off at the U.S. Women's Open.

By 21 July, Sin sat second in the Player of the Year points, bowl.com reported. But she finished 17th at the Tour Championship at Yorktown Lanes in Parma Heights, Ohio. Meanwhile, New Hui Fen became the first back-to-back Player of the Year since Shannon O'Keefe in 2018 and 2019. Jillian Martin won the Tour Championship.

Natasha Roslan's breakthrough

Natasha played fewer events, but she made them count. At the USBC Queens in Las Vegas, she made her first PWBA championship round. She beat New Hui Fen 227-205 before losing the final 225-204 to Erin McCarthy. That run earned her US$30,000, nearly all of her season total. She also rolled two 300 games in match play that week.

What the PWBA 2026 season means

Both women are now with the national team at the 2026 IBF World Cup in Munich. So their PWBA form feeds straight into Team Malaysia, and later into the 2027 SEA Games in Kuching.
